Attempted murder charge refiled after delay of 2 years

Talk about an incompetent judical system in SL County. No follow up, no nothing. No one noticed. They should let the guy go just because the judical system doesn't have a clue. I hope they are embarrassed. If not, they should be. What a joke.

I'm embarrassed for them. I wonder how many other cases they have dropped the ball on? You never hear about any others, but I am positive there are too many to even fathom...
