I feel bad for the girlfriend but I feel worse for McNair's wife and kids.
Here's my take on this: what are the odds of a guy being murdered while he's sleeping if he was sleeping at home with his wife and kids instead of committing adultery with an emotionally unstable person?
About zilch.
You people who constantly throw your anger at conservative Christians in general, and the LDS church in particular, now see a little more clearly why God has rules governing the use of our sexuality.
Sexual morality and discipline isn't just "freedom to do" it is more about "freedom from", as in freedom from THESE kind of heartaches.
As for McNair, what was he thinking? He was old enough to know better. Despite her posturings of worldly sophistication and maturity, the girl was just a kid, too naive and too addled by the celebrity aura to know better. What was his excuse?
