What happened that brought this case up again? Did Steve Cook start feeling guilty, finally? Or did Rigby decide that he may as well deal with this before he died? Or was there some new evidence?
Did Rigby marry the girlfriend - or anyone else?
What happened in the original case?
If Cook knew about this and kept it hidden, he should have some punishment coming his way as well. Shame on him for being in a position of seeking justice for the victim but being judge and jury and offering mercy to the offender.
