Ration gas | 4:51 a.m. July 9, 2009
If there is so much concern over this natural event then the simplest means of reducing the harmful gas of CO and NOX would be a national ration on gasoline and limit imported oil. Ration gas to business and private vehicle owners with no exceptions. Coupon books worked during WWII and can work again if there was any real efforts to be made.

But with corporate america running government and a president with no backbone this will not happen. Rationing gas would force the economy in to alternative energy developement and means of creating energy.

There is no other way to do it.

Don't know about a lot of you, but this summer has been nothing like the past. If anything where I live the temperature has dropped about 10 degrees. Some scientist are now saying Global Cooling has arrived.

Why is it that not just our political power mongers, but the politicos around the world are saying the same thing; "save the planet from global warming" and "stimulate the economy through spending?" They are on the same page, and they are out for nothing more than control. Control of our lives and of the wealth of the world. They are nothing more than a bunch of meddeling fools whos lust for power and control has no end.

In other words, these idiots are vowing to kill fossil fuel use, and thus the prosperity of America. There is absolutely NO WAY there can be prosperity byi killing our use of fossil fuels. Does anybody see the idiocy of all this? Any body supporting this deserves the consequences. CO2 is NOT a pollutant. Any person who believes otherwise is not in his right mind.

I can't wait for the next ice age, so we can then start burning everything on the planet just to stay alive.

Don't worry folks, by 2050, all the ice melted, Oceans cover the tops of the tallest buildings, little land left, we live on anything that float's, there's little air left, most all have lung problem's, can't breathe, we run out of food and fresh-water, all because, Targeting global warming, President Barack H. Obama and other phony leaders, of the world's richest industrial countries, (just talked some hype hogwash for free PR), and they called it they pledged?, to seek dramatic cuts in greenhouse gas emissions (termites and cow gas abd burps) by 2050?, to slow dangerous climate change, THAT'S LIKE 40 YEARS FROM NOW. We'll all be dead by then.

GO HOME OBAMA. By the time President Obama returns from Ghana, the last stop on his latest three-country tour, he will have visited nine countries without Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. More and more, President Obama is ditching his top diplomat when he travels abroad. Some analysts say this could be a product of Obama's acute interest in diplomacy and international affairs, or perhaps his wariness to promote on the world stage a former rival whose star power could detract from his.

I don't know about you but maybe we should be following Germany's example and try to cut our spending too since they've been in worse economical conditions in the past then we have.

Also, I'd drive an electric car too if I could afford one. But they are just as bad for the envoirnment as a gas car. Just because nothing comes out the tailpipe doesn't mean that the air wasn't polluted to get that electricity. And as far as I can see there is no good studies to prove that CO2 emmissions really have cause global warming. What's to say that it's not just one of the things the earth does every couple hundred years. The earth's been around for thousands of years, and we maybe have data for 100, not a very good approximation if I do say so myself.

If we could cap the amount of Hot Air coming out of washington, it would reduce the earth's temp by 0.001% by the year 2050.

Here we are, chasing junk science for the sake of saving the planet. However, it is nothing more than a power play for the oligarchs in Washington to destroy the oil production capability in our country and have massive unemployment so the government can move in and completely control our lives. These secret combinations are in control now and we can see their evil lifting it's ugly head. Once the Constitution is junked, they will have completed their work.

Guess what? We're too late. The effects of human released carbon into the atmosphere and our poisoning of the oceans will be felt for centuries if not a millenia. Even if we completely cut off our carbon output, we will not be able to go back.

What's a solution? It doesn't look good whatever we do, but certainly adding to the problem ain't going to help.

All you need to do is do a little objective research to see that global temperatures have risen significantly over the last century and CO2 content of the atmosphere has as well.

I suggest investing in the Sahara. It actually may come out to be a wet zone again while most of the US dries up.

The Farse that is "Global Warming" is actually Global Cooling at the present, then it will change in a quarter of a century and warm the 3 degree average it just cooled from, and we'll start over again. However lowering "Green House" gases is not a bad idea, but why hide it under the false guise of "Global Warming" and try to petrify everyone to death? It won't make much of a difference because India and China aren't going to do much of anything, so our 3/4 of the world will be "Cooler" than their 1/4 of the world, am I understanding that right? Good Grief!!!
