U.S. vows greenhouse gas cuts

Also, I'd drive an electric car too if I could afford one. But they are just as bad for the envoirnment as a gas car. Just because nothing comes out the tailpipe doesn't mean that the air wasn't polluted to get that electricity. And as far as I can see there is no good studies to prove that CO2 emmissions really have cause global warming. What's to say that it's not just one of the things the earth does every couple hundred years. The earth's been around for thousands of years, and we maybe have data for 100, not a very good approximation if I do say so myself.
What's a solution? It doesn't look good whatever we do, but certainly adding to the problem ain't going to help.
All you need to do is do a little objective research to see that global temperatures have risen significantly over the last century and CO2 content of the atmosphere has as well.
I suggest investing in the Sahara. It actually may come out to be a wet zone again while most of the US dries up.

But with corporate america running government and a president with no backbone this will not happen. Rationing gas would force the economy in to alternative energy developement and means of creating energy.
There is no other way to do it.
