Bowls all about money

Ralph, what you're suggesting is a form of socialism. We can't have any of that, especially from somebody from Spanish Fork Utah!

Do you really think they would have the bowl system and then distribute the money evenly to all the schools? You're either up in the night or living in Land of No Logic. The bowls are all about money but taking the money away would be like trying to convince a dog that it is a cat and expecting the dog to know what you're saying.
