I wonder if the execs decided to prevent early alliances from controlling the outcome. Whatever the reason, I do not feel this was the answer.
While I like a mix of young and old, lifestyle differences, etc., I do not like the labels. I was in the popular group in high school and college, but as a high school teacher for many years, I have seen the hurt and pain of the labels.
