Rather one pulled the trigger and the other ordered the hit against the life of
this beautiful girl, they are both guilty of activities that led to this young
lady losing her life and her little baby losing his mother. They can't
blame friends, acquaintances, drugs, expensive gifts etc. for the choices we
make and expect to hide under the umbrella of these things. Their choices were
theirs and theirs alone. Mr. Alvey could have turned that car around and taken
her to the police department and asked that they protect her and protect himself
as well. So Mr. Alvey is where he needs to be and Mr. Binkerd needs to spend
just as much of a sentence as Mr. Alvey. They are both guilty of he same
offense and both played a significant part in the loss of life for this young
woman. They had no concern for the value of her life......but now they want
plea deals..and again the path of least resistance. And our tax dollars will
support them for their entire prison sentence. Sad that her parents must
support the lives of the 2 men that took the life of their daughter. Shameful.

You are right it is very sad. I wouldn't even go as far as calling either
one of them Mr. they don't deserve that, more like slime. They are both
want to be's and justice will be served with both of them.

Well nobody forced him to do what he did.He has a mind of his own,I do not buy
the he got in with the wrong crowd. He and all involved did that all by
themselves ,Thee are where they are today by his own personal choices. They need
the maximum sentences

I've never read any of these type articles that don't portray the
perpitrator as a "wonderful, loving person who was led astry by someone
else" Please, it's always someone else's fault. Whatever the
reason, he took another's life and now he has to pay the price.

Lock them up forever | 11:20 a.m. July 9, 2009
Lock then up forever, If they don't these thugs will be on the streets and
without doubt will hurt somone else. I would say execute them but I already know
the court system doesn't have the guts to do that.
