Looking forward to Herbert's leadership. The more I learn about him, the more I like him. He's a great representative of true republican principals.

I'll miss Governor Huntsman. I think that he has been a tremendous asset to the state. I wish soon-to-be governor Herbert all the best. He has awfully big shoes to fill.

The Gov has done a wonderful job, in a difficult post. I, too, will miss him and know that he is more than capable of fulfilling an even more difficult position, in such a critical time.

It says a lot about the man that a president of the opposite party deemed him the best man for the job.

Mr Huntsman has appealed to folks from all walks in a state reknowned for it's conservatism, something which also speaks to me. Heck, the lack of comments alone should tell you how well liked theis man is.

Bravo, Govenor Huntsman! Don't forget us.

Awesome job Guv! You have been an excellent governor for this state, I only hope that we will not move farther to the dark ages losing progressive policies that will benefit the people of the state rather than religion.

Perhaps it might be Gov Huntsman as our best chance to see a LDS person in the White House. After being Governor, then Ambassador to China and along with the rest of his resume, with the timing being a bit better than it was for Mitt going up against Obama & McCain, we just might see Huntsman being the more realistic candidate for the Presidency, the type of Republicant that can draw strong support over a variety of interests, making him more platable across the spectrum. Can you imagine a King Benjamin type of leader in the White House? Wouldn't that be so cool!...

I like Guv. Huntsman...but I can not help but feel that while he spends his time in Washington (still as the Governor)...he stills draws a Utah check and the business of the State goes begging...I don't like that. Doesn't anybody in public life follow through on their commitments to the people that elected them?

Boy oh boy Huntsman as a King Benjamin type in the White House, comparing those two just becuase Huntsman is a Mormon, grow up and look around you most polititians from this state are just like the clowns on the national level. The guy that we in Utah voted in to serve us just left us maybe they should have let us vote to see if he could leave becuse we voted him in, where is his loyalty to his people and state, oh yea I can imagine a King Benjamin type in the White House and its not Gov (W) Huntsman, and if we ever find one that would be Cool!

I don't see much likeness of King Benjamin in the former governor.

Bigotry? Really? I'm pretty sure he's mostly on the receiving end of that one. Herbert's a great guy that wants the best for Utah and its citizens. Get to know him and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Herbert a bigot? Which Herbert are you talking about? Must be Herbert Schweiger because Gary Herbert is not bigoted at all. What evidence do you have that Gary Herbert is a bigot? If you have none then you are not adding anything to the body politic by making such a stupid statement. Because he disagrees with you on civil unions? There are a lot of rational people that believe the civil union concept is a bad societal move. Your definition of a bigot must be someone who disagrees with you. Under that definition, they can label you a bigot. I think Gary Herbert will be a fine, thoughtful, governor. Will I agree with him all the time? No - but that doesn't make him a bigot.

Will Herbert do something for the People or just himself?
He is supposed to serve the People.
Huntsman did not do this and you miss him?
Just how stupid can you be?
100 New Laws this year that can put you in Jail and you don't know what they are.
We have 27 Ammendments to the Constitution to protect us from bad Government.
Do you know what they are?
Probably not.
