The way I see it is, "a Judicial Activist bleeding heart liberal NAACP Member black paid off under the table along with more ACORN votes in 2010 so called Judge," backs Michael Jackson's lawyer and friend, that are there for the pickens-the-bones clean, BBQ, and bake-off, of the Estate, and the Will, and I am sure we'll hear more about it on FOX's TMZ soon enough to.

It's all about the MONEY! Seems like those who have a potential stake to make something off Michael, will do it. He has been exploited by his father since he was a kid, then the Media exploited the poor man! Now his family and so called friends want what he has left. Where are those that truly mourn for Michael??? Someone who doesn't care about the money, but about HIM and HIS WISHES!!! How sad.

How can a person deeply in debt own an estate worth 500 million?

I guess the rich count assets different than the rest of us.

Is there anyone really interested in this stuff? If so, get a life.

I am relieved actually, as his mom had a bankruptcy a few years ago. Obviously his parents don't care about the well being of people, only the monetary protection of their lifestyle. I understand his mother is a caring person, but she can't handle finances too well. Calling the previous nanny after his death to ask where he hid his cash is a red flag to me.
Best decision, for now. | 6:22 a.m. July 7, 2009
The parents have proven how well they can't handle money and I'm sure they took their share of his life as a young entertainer and squandered it away. The parents are probably in the process of selling off anything they can of their sons life they may still have. They have proven that their intentions are greed and money, not caring for his family and estate. They should sit back and enjoy some of the kick backs they will get just for being his parents.

The estate of MJ should be handled by whoever he appointed and he understands what he intended with his estate and any other events surrounding it. Every person of wealth or notoriety has to face this kind of decisions when writing a will. No one is ever happy about an estate and how it should be distributed, especially in a family. Will this be his legacy, parents fighting to control him even in death?
