Does anyone know what the name of the book is?
Beyond this, most claims about suicide by homosexuals are built around false understandings of the factors that contribute to it.
I don't know why "creative bunch" is in quotations - I can assure you that the people responsible for these works are indeed quite creative, even if you disagree with their worldview and even if they are cowards. And, for the record, their reasoning for attacking Christian sects probably has more to do with the fact that Christianity is far more prevalent in Europe and America than Islam. You may also notice that there aren't a lot of books or movies or jokes about Buddhism or Hinduism or even Judaism. That's because artists are usually reacting to the culture in which they were raised, and those religions aren't nearly as pervasive in this culture. Besides, some people, such as the "South Park" creators and PZ Myers, don't seem to have any problem criticizing or mocking Islam.
