how absolutely worried his family must be. Prayers and thoughts and hopes of comfort for this little boy and his family.

Thank goodness he is doing better. This could have ended up much worse. Pray for him and for his family for a full recovery.

Any family with a swim pool ought to know better. Swim pools are nusances. Not only for the neighboors, but the family who owns them.

I believe that they were walking on a bridge, and the boy fell in, it wasn't near a pool, but rather a creek that lead into a bay. Where did you get a pool from?? I agree pray for this little one, and his family, and not pass judgements. When clearly you didn't read the article.
