Our family just returned from a trip to DC and Williamsburg. It became one of our favorite family vacations. There is so much history! Colonial Williamsburg was amazing, with re-enactments, workers in colonial clothing, and original homes from the 1700s. It brought the revolutionary time period to life for us as we listened to George Washington give a speech in front of the Raleigh Tavern while sitting on his white horse. We would love to go back soon!
