Utah Jazz: Maynor officially a Utah Jazz man

If I were wearing the GM hat I'd also let Price go to save money. I'd bring in Ben Woodside, a rookie PG and the best shooter in this year's draft. He's a PG from North Dakota State, the same one that led NDSU on their NCAA tourney run this year. Woodside doesn't even hit the rim when he shoots. It's just swish swish swish. His shot is flawless and effortless. He can also run a team pretty good, as he showed over several years and at the Big Dance.
I believe Kirilenko was good in his early days with the Jazz. His confidence was there, he was getting points off of offensive rebounds and fast breaks, he was more involved. But that is all gone now. Can it be rebuilt?
Sloan may have ruined Kirilenko. He would have been better in a different system but the Jazz could not trade him because of a rediculous contract. I feel bad for Kirilenko (though he has made his mint in the NBA) because his development, or the maintenance of his psyche and game style has been squashed...so poorly managed.
Give Maynor a chance and he very well could turn out to be better than Howard Eisley.

Losing games while trying to turn Price into a PG is silly. He runs the team poorly most of the time and is not a very good shooting guard. He is your typical Sloan project.
Who besides the Jazz are going to offer Price? He could make more money in Europe.
Price will cost the Jazz double due to the luxury tax. Why not cross train Brewer or CJ (point forward). The Jazz are stuck with both salaries anyway. They both understand the Jazz system and can run it as good if not better than Price.
As long as the Jazz have a 3rd PG capability they do not need a 3rd PG.
