I remember the dream team. We sent professional NBA players to beat up on rookies to show American ideals of sportsmanship.

Then you don't remember it very well or just have a bad attitude. The Dream Team was the Answer to the Eastern Bloc Countries playing professionals in the 80's. Now yes there professionals were not the same class as The Dream Team, but then no team ever was or ever will be again.

You need to study your history books a little better. The Dream team was the answer to the unsportsmanlike way the Europeans were using their professional players against our college kids. Do you really believe if Europe had the dream team they wouldn't have used them agaisnt us. Please dude you need to grow up.

What part of Europe are you from???
When the rest of the world is using professionals, why should we sit on the benches and use College players with absolutely no experience with international rules??? The key is different, and the foul rules are different.. I played in Australia and I am here to tell you if you even touch the opposing player, you have a foul....
So Anonymous, you need to study the history books a little more and learn the truth before you demean the GREATEST TEAM IN THE WORLD......
