Want an all-American Independence Day? Try London

London is good for the 4th, but the best 4th I had was in San Jose Costa Rica. The American embassy compound was open to all Americans in the country, the food was great, and the Ambassador and his wife we most charming hosts. The Fireworks were outstanding.
