Looking for Cinderella | 5:00 a.m. June 25, 2009
I guess there just wasn't enough money in the Black market for the arifacts huh. Interesting turn of events. Nice motion to drop the charges against the doctor.....sort of anti climatic to continue to charge a person who can't defend himself....isn't very cost effective either. Looks like the other shoe is about drop. Blanding will be in the spotlight again. Good luck

Are you kidding me? | 9:26 a.m. June 25, 2009
I know this company and it is a wonderful 25 year old company that is one of the top direct marketing companies in the country with a flawless reputation. It has been listed in the Inc. 500 mulitiple times. I use their products and have done so for over 20 years. The Feds are rally grasping at straws here!
How soon we judge! | 9:30 a.m. June 25, 2009
Its amazing to see how quickly we assume guilty until proven innocent. The direct marketing company they were a part of is an excellent company with a long standing success record.
melaluca | 9:34 a.m. June 25, 2009
This is business tactics at there best. melaluca is just like mary kay, and other make-up companies, alarm systems ect. Non FDA approved products are free to say what the want. The REDDs have been selling for about 20yrs no wonder they found so much info. but is just good old business at its best. No wonder they think its a "PONZI" scheme. They see numbers, not the accounting. Plus 20 yrs of selling melaluca can make you a ton of money. I know alarm system sellers making 2-400,000 $ in three months. just after starting three yrs prior.

Utah is the capitol of pyramid schemes.
Re:Are You Kidding Me? | 11:00 a.m. June 25, 2009
If you read the article, its not an accusation against the company, but against the Redds for possibly defrauding said company. To quote the article, the Redds allegedly "were engaged in a fraudulent scheme to obtain money from a multilevel marketing company."

And I'm sure the Feds are really "grasping at straws" when two people charged in the case commit suicide. Doesn't really say "I'm innocent", does it.
READ the ARTICLE | 11:05 a.m. June 25, 2009
They're accusing the COUPLE of fraud, not the multi-level company. Geez louise, COME ON people. Stay in school.

The Feds are disgusting-- why don't they go after the banks and real thieves of the world? The Feds have stolen the future income of our grand children in the greatest scheme the wold has ever known and the to say this is disgusting! The nee to get the He-- out of our lives!

This is an international company, very successful, that has improved the lives and income of hundreds of thousands of people. One of its products saved my mother from a major knee replacement.
I doubt that | 12:11 p.m. June 25, 2009
I doubt said product saved your mom from a knee replacement. The placebo effect is great. There could be many factors involved. Weight loss, partial weight bearing, nsaids, bracing. owing to a non FDA approved product with no real research, or peer reviewed information is pushing it. I'll get off the soap box now.

I am concerned that people who break the law can be verbally defended by others so easily. Most people would be very upset if the bodies of any of our ancestors were tampered with. It's is a crime!! This latest concern probably explains the desperation of the men who were desperate enough to commit suicide. We only fear the government when we are not obeying the laws!

Geezzz!!! What a mess!!! I signed up to join Melaleuca in Feb hoping to make a home based business to earn money. Instead, they've run our Checking Account Dry!!! Even though I also ordered online by MC 2X, I was sent a shipment of $60.97 in products I did NOT WANT, and they Bounced my checking account besides due to the unauthorized shipment. I sent this shipment back UPS unopened at my own expense, but did not see a refund nor a price adjustment on my next MC order online. HMMM??? The UPS tracking says they received it--sound familiar?? Now due to my three checks that bounced due to the Melaleuca UNAUTHORIZED withdrawl, I was charged $96 more in bounced check fees that totally wiped out our account! Thanks alot Melalueca!!! :(

Needless to say, besides writing this complaint tonight, I am calling & Writing Melaleuca tomorrow, as well as going down to the bank, transfering money from MY CHILD'S account to cover my remaining checks this month, then blocking Melalueca from withdrawing from my checking account again or even changing checking accounts if necessary!!!

My brother is a "fed" and we argued about this tonite.I'm on the side of the litttle guy who is trying to get by, in these hard times. My brother believes that those who don't follow goverment orders quickly should be given a hard slap or taser and sent off to jail as an example for the rest of us. He long ago forgot that he is paid by and should be working for us,not baiting us to break the laws. Our country is in shambles and getting worse because goverment is too large, too expensive, too mean, with too may rules for us to live by.I feel bad for the Blandingites. They were set up! For you who support this action, someday you will be set-up.They will take everything of yours.tojustify and support themselves.

Good job Keith. You are right. Pretty soon we will have no freedom. People can say all this rude comments because it hasn't happened to them. Their day will come then who is going to feel bad for them. Thanks for sticking up for blanding.
