TOO MUCH | 4:24 p.m. June 15, 2009
After watching an exhonerated felon venerated by a weak minded populace, I have decided that paying good money to watch sketchy rich guys exercise is truly an indication of the state of our current society.

Best of luck to the young man featured in this article.

Luke Nevill for the Jazz in round #2. Shot blocker, good free thrown shooter, decent post up game, getting stronger. No brainer.

is another project. Lets move up in the draft and get exactly what is needed. Talent that can be used this year and get out of the project business. Projects are costly and rarely pan out.

The Jazz got luckly with Koufos. It would cost them very little this year to move up a few spots and get a much better quality player. They will probably go European with the 2nd pick.

They need someone to replace Almond, Price, Knight and maybe Korver, not to mention a back up for Millsap. Nevill does not fit those needs.

Gary would be a great adittion to the Jazz. Unlike Carlos Boozer Gary plays hurt not riding the pine...

I too think Gary would be a great fit for the Jazz. I think he could live up to the effort expectations of Caoch Sloan. Thanks for representing USU!

Who do the Jazz owe a favor to? | 7:49 p.m. June 15, 2009
Shaun Green in the NBA? That's the funniest thing I've heard in years. The Jazz obviously are doing someone a favor. Green has no chance, ever, of being an NBA player, let alone a pro player in Europe.

Oh please | 8:32 p.m. June 15, 2009
To: GW to Utah at 6:20pm: Get a life. I don't like Boozer either but don't compare the two in the same breath. The kid hasn't played a single NBA game in his life.

I wonder if Fez | 9:10 p.m. June 15, 2009
and the Jazz pick at 20 could be traded to the Kings for their number 4 pick? That would give the Jazz Evans or Curry.

The Kings are interested in Fez.

Hansbrough to the Jazz is a no-brainer. The Jazz should trade up to the top five to get him. He would start ahead of Boozer and make twice as many All-Star games as Loozer. Hansbrough was a far better college player than Tim Duncan. If Duncan can win 4 titles, Psycho T will win 5, easy.

Don't say that Boozer has never played an NBA game in his life. I know it sure seems that way sometimes, but I'm sure John McCain can remember when he played more than half a season.

Sean Green in the NBA :) still laughing. I do admire Wilkinson's heart and thought he and Wesley played hard all year long and especially in there NCAA tournament game in Boise. Good luck Gary

Booser over Gary | 8:15 a.m. June 16, 2009
It will be a shocker if GW makes it in the NBA. If Jaycee Carroll couldn't make it than I have much bigger doubts Gary will. Gary, like a lot of decent college players, will make a great living playing in Europe.

Good Young Men | 9:42 a.m. June 16, 2009
Both are good young men but have 0% of a chance playing in the NBA! I suggest to get on with your personal life careers, and quit wasting time dreaming about pro basketball either here or overseas. You got what you went to college for now use it.

These guys have a great shot of at least playing overseas. They can make $100,000+ easily overseas and you are telling them to give up? For what, so they can sell cars or whatever for $30,000 a year.

Wait a minute, I thought BYU should've had one of their players at the tryout.....that just isn't fair to invite an Aggie and a Ute and not a Cougar, come on Kevin O, step up to the plate.

probably b/c BYU doesn't have anybody the Jazz or any other NBA team is remotely interested in.
