East coaching suspect.... | 12:07 a.m. May 14, 2009
Congrats to WC. 9 wins 6 losses 2 ties with 3 D1 seniors? Wow! What will happen when the region changes next year? East has always had a deep soccer tradition. Will it continue when no underclassmen were developed this year in the face of a "seniors preferred" play philosophy. I see serious issues ahead for East soccer next year.

He is such a good guy. They just had a slump the last five games of the season.

We look forward to more wins next year when you have to play WX TWICE and Bountiful TWICE in region. You will never beat us! We put the wood to you tonight with a hard-working team.

Woods Cross demonstrated its power and skill. The Wildcats are the hottest team in the state right now and looks unstoppable. This is our year. Woods Cross will roll to the the title no doubt. Snow Canyon will get worked! They should be coming to WX we are clearly the better team and will show it Friday. Woods Cross will take State! Go WILDCATS!!!

to scuba: I believe he was talking about East having three d1 players, not WX.

I watched this game and for the life of me I can't figure out how WX won. East worked them for the first 80 yards but once the Leopards got into the final 20 yards (the offensive end) they couldn't do anything right.

Congrats to WX they are very opportunistic in that they score the chances they get but East was a far better soccer team.

If your comment questions whether East has soccer players signed for college, they are: Rider, Berggren and Vasconcuelas. You must live in Davis Co.

In the end scoring is what counts and East just couldn't finish. Great passing and ball control though. Take it to Snow Canyon today Cats!!! Keep up the momentum!
