Glenn Beck has a platform for expressing the outrage that thoughtful Americans are feeling. Obama is an unqualified fraud. He has taken the concept of turning campaign pledges into campaign promises broken to a frightening level. The sooner he fails the better for all of us.

To Zulu, please explain how I and others are uninformed. The economy, this has all happened before. What the Prez is doing was tried and failed, try reading the 5000 year leap or the forgotten man. The government, why should I let them take away my freedom, I sould be able to succed or fail as much as I want. Science, global warming is not a settled science. Gas from cows, the ocean and volcanos spue more carban than man could ever produce. Be informed, from all the cars and factorys, it is 1/10 of 1%.

Listening to Beck is a breath of fresh air. His show airs when I'm on my way home from work so I have to record it. Once my kids are tucked in, I watch it. I've been listening to him for about a year and a half. At first, I thought , "This guy must be out of his mind." And then my thoughts changed because everything he said would happen did happen. He gives Americans the motivation to get moving when it comes to issues that matter to them. I wish more passionate, Libertarian thinking, Constitution loving Americans would speak loudly too!

If you don't like him, don't listen to him. But to say Glenn Beck is "uninformed about economics, history, government, science..." could not be further from the truth. Is he a scholar in all these areas? I think even he would laugh at that notion; but he does his homework and the guests he invites on his show aren't going to get questioned by some news room celebrity asking softball questions. It seems to me that the people who have nothing else better to do than call him a liar or a charlatan are afflicted by their own ignorance of history, economics, science and the like. Calling Glenn a liar is just a lazy way of dismissing him without working to prove he is wrong.
Filfoster | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck is a voice of reason. He's not a steamroller like Hannity or a bloviator like O'Reilly. We need someone to speak truth to power and I think Glenn manages it with class and style.
sharpie | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
Beck has the guts to say what he thinks.

I am a big fan of his and wish the programe was a little later.

He is honest and forceful
Oldscool | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
Zulu:

I guess our Founders were uninformed because it is their principles Beck espouses. Sadly, a majority of Americans, particularly under 30 have none or little knowledge of the founding principles.
hidden101 | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
Beck is the guy that called Obama a communist because he wanted to cap executive pay for companies receiving bailout money. i fail to see what's communist about making a deal with companies that says "you prove you're worthy of bailout money by capping executive salary so we know you're serious about getting your business back on track instead of continuing to go down the path of greed and irresponsibility and we'll give you the money you need to stay afloat." how is making a deal with companies that messed up communist in nature? do people that run a huge corporation into the ground really deserve more than a half a million dollars a year? should executives that use bailout money to pay for luxury executive parties and vacations deserve to keep their ridiculous salaries?
SafetyDad | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
People think obama is for the little people...I was working during Bush, and now under obama companies aren't hiring. The job where i was working was shut down when obama was elected, and we were informed that things looked grim for businesses future. Over 160 resumes later, I tend to agree.
Glenn opens peoples' eyes as to what is going on. Those who don't like him have buried their heads so far in the sand. Open your eyes as to what is happening to you and America!!! Watch Glenn! Listen to Glenn!! Get mad at the garbage happening to our great country!
Rick Larkin | 6:36 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glen Beck is just another talking head on TV. The fact that his ratings are what they are speaks for itself. What his concerns are, are the same concerns that many Americans have. To just disregard what he says as another right wing nut case shows how some, unfortunately the loudest on the left really do not want dialog and do not have legitimate answers to his comments.
What I think is needed is more Glen Becks so that those who do not get a chance to hear the apposing view to the left can make an informed decision.
werdoomed | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn is a Great American. He is real, not fake like the OweBama's and other liberal liars. Glenn exposes the liberal idiocy everyday. No wonder they post vicious attacks on him. They probably think MSNBC has shows based in reality LMAO.
NotLDS | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
And those of you who despise Beck think that Olberman is a paragon of truth...
American | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck is great to watch. By the way, he was critical of Bush as well to the left-wingers that love Obama so much.
Phil | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glen has been predicting exactly what has happened in the economy for years and hes been dead on. Glen was also very critical of the Bush administration so its not about politics. Those critical of him need to drop their bias and actually listen to what he says. Hes a decent guy trying to warn you of what he believes is coming, I'd suggest you listen
roger roger | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
LOL zulu. Keep speaking. It's good to know where the O-bots are. Try reading some history, maybe you'll actually learn something about this country, though I doubt that it's possible.
Heath | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn is a reflection of what the silent majority in America are feeling today. That's why he has been very successful. I like his show, but like most hosts, he plays it up just a little. I loved his chart showing how much currency we are pumping into our system. Those that call him a nut and a liar have their head in the sand. I encourage you to watch the Thomas Paine video's on YouTube, which Glenn brought to our attention.

Fox News is the most fair and balanced news available. Those that don't want to hear both sides absolutely HATE it. Oh, and Megan Kelly is sexy as hell!
VAPatriot | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck dares to stand up against the establishment. Both parties have swerved dangerously off course. Its time we return to the values of our forefathers before it's too late.
Pat | 6:37 a.m. March 30, 2009
Beck speaks the truth. I've been watching him since his days on HLN and he's been pretty right on about what is happening in the US today...and he's not afraid to put it out there.
Wyoming | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
Zulu: What does your snide remark about Utah mean? What a bigot!
DrDoom | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
Name calling? References to Bush? Wow, that's new. Glenn Beck isn't my cup of tea everyday but I do listen from time to time. I don't like some of the implications but his premises are for the most part factual. His conclusions based on the data are his OPINION. I give Obama another nine months before dragging out the rotten tomatoes to toss. I find it disconcerting that even his own party is resisting his "changes", however.

If you don't like what he says than have a rebuttal ready. If that doesn't work, change the channel. His ratings are his bread and butter.
Don DeVan | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
Conservatives are hardly a minority. Check out the county by county election map for 2008, 2004, 2000, etc & you will see a country almost totally Red. Yes, Obama won this time but by less than 200000 votes in the formerly red states. And if YOU oppose the chains of socialism consider this: What is ResistNet?

ResistNet.com is the official social network of Grassfire.org's Patriotic Resistance campaign. With Obama and the Democrats in Congress already embarking on the implementation of their agenda, Grassfire.org and hundreds of thousands of citizens across this nation unashamedly announce our Resistance. We will resist -- in a peaceful, patriotic way -- Obama's efforts to move our nation away from our heritage of individual liberties toward brave new world of collectivism. ResistNet is designed to give citizens a new level of networking resources to organize the Patriotic Resistance.
Observer | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
Beck says it like it is! If you claim he's a liar, explain why.
JohnEd | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
I don't know what the Libs are worried about. When
Obama gets his Conscripted Civilian Army, that will
be equally equiped to the US military, people like
Beck will be interned to be reeducated. Have no fear, its comming. God help the rest of us.
samamy | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
We need to take our Beloved Country from those who wish to destroy it with their radical attempts, and a non-resident person who doesn't have our best interests in mind.
Charles | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
I started listening to Beck shortly after 9/11. His voice is clear and his message strong. FOXNEWS scored a victory by adding Beck to its lineup. We must have the voices of strong conservative people to guide us through these troubled times. The MSM is not doing it.
Anonymous | 6:38 a.m. March 30, 2009
To Anonymous, ExMoDon & zulu, People like you will never understand because of your limited ability to think on your own. Glenn Beck speaks for millions of people who believe similarly. I always thought the term 'liberal' meant open-mindedness but you 3 are examples of shallow-minded, 'big government please do something for me' mentality that is now in Washington D.C. robbing our children and great-grandchildren's futures. Look at any socialsitic country closely in the world to truly understand
what it means to rob the producers and movers & shakers and dish out a meager offering to the 'less fortunate' waiting for their government handouts and you will see the what the United States is becoming.
boisejon | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck is TRYING to wake Americans up and do something about the Socialist...sometimes even Communist policies the Obuma administration is taking. We need to fast forward to 2010 and elect folks that can stop this idiocy. In the meantime, we need to ALL make our voices heard. Democrats that voted him in need to speak out against his policies before it is too late. Beg your Democratic Senators and Congressman to oppose his radical budget and other policies.
Embarrassment | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
I watched Glenn this week and he had a country singer (who did not serve in uniform) perform about how those who are attacking the USA can only do so because of those who fought in WWII. This is a subtle mix of truth and distortion that is splitting America apart.

Those of us who served in uniform abroad to protect the USA and stood up for the constitution against the Soviet Union have not only a right, but an obligation to speak out when draft dodgers (Bush and Cheney) took us into a war of aggression based on lies in Iraq. We are not attacking the USA, we are still defending her against enemies foreign and domestic.

Beck fits well on Fox News where they twist the truth to make money and get famous at the expense of our nation. It is a disgrace and an embarrassment to Stadium of Fire for embracing him.
gypsybabe | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glen Beck is a far-sighted visionary that will expose the agenda of an incompetant president and congress. And guess what, this man actually believes what he is saying as opposed to Washington, which is just trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Go Glen!!!!
Mk | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
For anyone who has listened to Glenn for any amount of time, knows there is no one on the radio that speaks more from the soul than Glenn. Some of his sermons on the air will take you on an emotional roller coaster. In a matter of minutes, Glenn will take you from laughing to tears and then put a smile back on your face while the tears are still rolling down your checks.

Anybody who says any different about Glenn is not open minded, diverse, progressive, or any other words the left uses to hide their hatred, divisiveness, discriminatory, and segregated agenda.

Remember, it is Progressive to think Pro Choice, the killing of the unborn. But no choice when it comes to where and what your children learn.

Notice the left will attack him personally, but not on the issues of which he speaks.
Anonymous | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
@ExMoDon Can you give us references of where he lied? I like Glen and share some of his opinions. There's a reason why guys like Beck are more popular then liberal talk shows. Think about it.
Mark | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck has the skill and tools to voice what I believe to be true. Our country and constitution is being hijacked by people with no moral compass. That they look to the government for their lot in life is far beyond sad, it is repugnant.
James D. | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
Zulu,
How unexpected, shredding someone because of their religious beliefs. Utah IS code for Mormon isn't it? Sounds like you love religious people.
CEK | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
I think Beck is great. This HopeAndChange isn't working out too well is it? I am tired of reading how the pres tries to cozy up to terror states such as Iran and Syria while insulting our friends such as the UK and Israel. Why is that? Why does Barry want to meet with Assad of Syria? What do we as the American people have to gain from that? Nothing that is what. I am also tired of reading about Barry's stupid economic agenda. I mean how is this idiotic Cap and Trade idea going to help the American people? Doubling our electric bills in the midst of an economic crisis is no help. So I am glad that we have people like Beck who did not get a "tingling feeling in his leg" when he saw Barry get elected. Thanks Beck... keep up the good work.
Voiceofreasonnotemotion | 6:39 a.m. March 30, 2009
If God chose Glenn Beck to do His work, that's the best argument for atheism I've ever heard. Rodeo clowns should protest being compared to this drooling imbecile; their work has more dignity and takes real courage instaead of phony showbiz tears
Buckeye | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
Give up my rights. Never! You Go Glenn.
Ricky | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn is only speaking the way many people in this country feel.

Yes, there is fear and concern for the future of the United States and the current administration is doing nothing to remove those fears.

Their radical power grab of the private sector is unprecedented. Tax and spend Democrats will turn the USA into a third world country.

The Obama administration must stop the madness before we end up on the trash heap of history.

You go Glenn - keep telling it like it is!
spark22 | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glen Beck speaks critically of both sides, and although some may not agree with everything he says, it is clear that he always has the country's best interest at heart. And he is usually correct in his assessments, which must drive the libs crazy.... if they are intelligent enough to sit through Glen's show.
Anonymous | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
I'm just a guy working hard to make it through each day,and I can totally relate to what Glenn is talking about. I guess that makes me crazy too.
re: zulu | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
So do you want to "educate" us or just sit there and insult us? Yeah, that's what I thought...
PATTY | 6:40 a.m. March 30, 2009
GLENN BECK, WE LOVE YOU . YOU SPEAK FOR US AND GIVE US HOPE IN WHAT IS GOOD ABOUT AMERICA. IN A DRY AND THIRSTY LAND YOU SURELY BRING A CUP OF WATER. GOD BLESS YOU AND CARRY ON, BRO. WE ARE AS MAD AS HELL, TOO.
Lee Such | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
It is too bad that our country is now in the hands of the take take, gimme gimme without working for it, population. (Fannie Maes/Freddy Macs) Are they proud to be an American as in the Reagan era? I don't think so, just give me what you promised me for my vote. Our politicians are glass objects you can see through, people don't care how dirty the glass is. The politicians use these lambs to fill their pockets (and purses). The Democrats are continuing, even more so, the Bush spending administration. We are slowly losing our "land of the free, home of the brave."
David | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
I love you people bashing on Beck. You make me laugh because it is obvious you never watch or listen to him on the radio. Just like when you bash Rush. These guys basically believe in the constitution: less government, free market, less taxes, SOME regulation, personal and fiscal responsibility, and don't spend it if you don't have it. Pretty simple. But some of you are so blind to the socialism happening and your hatred for your opposition that you are clueless to the message. They also believe you don't run a country based on 1 person screaming discrimination and ignore the other 49 people (like every time people vote NO to gay marriage and a judge somewhere illegally legislates from the bench against it).
Obamaniac | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
I hate Glenn Beck. He's not on our team! How dare he try to stir up dissent and anger against high taxation and encroachment! Big Government may have caused a couple problems, but we need to give them the chance to solve them. Our elite need that money to better care for and train us. He's dangerous. His ramblings could incite people to rise up against the government. That sort of thing is unprecedented! Then what? Our cradle-to-grave care and American way of life will be gone. Socialism may have failed everywhere so far, but we will do it right this time if we wish hard enough. Otherwise, all there will be left is homophobia and war, just like in the 80's, when those Jesus freaks went around hating everybody. Well, I for one love Big Brother, and I want someone telling me what to do, and what to eat, and what to think. It's too hard to make it on my own. Glenn Beck should be harmed for his stupidity.
Sam Fox | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
I think Glenn Beck is right on, Obama and his leftys
are trying to take our Country away from us but it will no work! If need be we will meet you in the streets!!
savychris | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
I can't believe you punks,So,I think I am displaced?.Righteous Indignation is required now.
You folks better get wise,I see a cavalcade of retrying of old tired failures and ideas, our president and his Demorat&repubican's-(fake conservatives)This congress is bordering on Marxism and a state-ist in control top down Government,Name one thing the gov. can do well besides the Military????,by dismissing glen beck, and the tens of millions of Americans of like minds it shows your fear of our Founders?.you guys are backing a bunch of loser's.We want this PIG government to operate according to it's founding documents PERIOD!.From what is allowed to be left of My beloved Detroit.CES=business owner inside Detroit
bbelko | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
It's pretty obvious that zulu has never watched or listened. Glenn says what he thinks and then finds experts who affirm those thoughts. I don't think you need any experts to know things are a little messed up. The founding fathers are his guide... and maybe in these PC times that's the reason for people hating him, and also why so many want to hear his message.
Sam | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
"someone who is uninformed ahout economy, history, government, science and more preaching to an audience who is equally uninformed." Pretty much sums up Barack-I -Never -Met- a- Teleprompter- I Didb't -Love-Obama. PUHLEEZE ! Obama at best is a socialist, and at worst a commmunist in sheeps clothing.
Mike | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
Zulu and Anonymous-Dumb and Dumber! I can see that both are putting their GEDs to good use. (sorry to all of you smart people with GEDs) Beck is right on! He says what he believes and believes what he says. Because of that, he is popular all over, not just Utah.
TeaPartySusie | 6:41 a.m. March 30, 2009
Get your heads out of the sand, Americans, and understand what is going on in America. Someone has to hold this administration's feet to the fire and the mainstream media will not! "I'm mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore!!!"
