I am tired of you left wingers that have nothing to do except to desecrate what Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and the other talk show hosts are doing. These men are trying to save our country. These men are trying to point out where this country is headed. This countries constitution is hanging by a a thread. Glenn Beck says he is a clown. Clown in this case is a noun. He is an actor trying to lead this country to a place where we will recognize where we are and he is trying to help us to get ourselves out of the toilet before it flushes. If the toilet flushes folks, our country will be invaded and destroyed! Listen up folks! Maybe you will learn something. Kruschev said it best. "We will feed you a little bit at a time until you are taken over and you won't realize it until it is too late! Glenn Beck is trying to help us! I am telling you, our time is almost over. Our country is being flushed By Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi!
All American | 11:48 a.m. March 30, 2009
The left wing socialists are up in arms about Beck because he speaks the truth about this administration and the way the country is headed. He said alot of the same things about Bush. He is a true American Patriot and as Glenn says, "We SURROUND them." God bless America and God bless Glenn Beck. Keep those tea parties coming!

By the time the music stops and people are diving for chairs, the fat cats had already positioned themselves to pick up the pieces for pennies on the dollar. The politicians, the big banks and corporations make us tap-dance while they rob us blind, capturing our assets with worthless paper. The powers that be knew that the collapse was coming far in advance.

People are starting to figure it out. Is it any wonder that they are DESPARATE to collect our guns?

Beck has gone overboard | 11:49 a.m. March 30, 2009
I liked him on CNN, but I think since coming FOX he's just taken his schtick too far. Machine gun crying spats, over the top screaming and emotional rhetoric...it just turns me off. And I LOVED the guy two years ago. I think if he toned it down a bit he'd be much more affective.
Georgia Girl | 11:49 a.m. March 30, 2009
Thank you, FoxNEWS for Glenn Beck. He's the "Voice of Conservative America" and we so desparately need a conservative voice. We CANNOT let our Country go down the road to Socialism with the LEFT in charge in Congress. If it takes an uprising, then so be it..we HAVE to start somewhere!
Anonymous | 11:50 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck is doing what he feels is right, that is why so many people dont recognize his behaivior for what it is, doing what is right is a foreign concept to them. Glenn is an american hero, the fact that more people dont recognize that is a sad commentary on the American public.
KLN | 11:50 a.m. March 30, 2009
I really like Glenn Beck.
Marbran | 11:50 a.m. March 30, 2009
Hey DWPittelli! Being a stay-at-home dad, does your lack of earned income shape your support of Obama and the left, as such support is likely to increase your income substantially via government subsidies? That's great...you just keep hoping to take money out of workers' pockets. It will all come crashing down for you in the end. ;) Try getting a job and earning a paycheck and I bet you'll find a new appreciation for keeping what you've earned!

I am confused about where you got your facts. Reagan did not grow the government by 90%, have you studied history at all? Even Obama is not growing the government by 90%. Have you read the Constitution and any of the Founding Fathers Papers? I think you will find that our government is based on Christian Principles. Where did you get the statistic that 80% of our forefathers said that religion is the downfall of our people? Your comments beg for you to reveal your sources because what you input is not factual. Please spend the time to read and educate yourself. And truthfully, you are the one who sounds scared of religion. Again, please, please Read and educate yourself before you write down comments where all can read your ignorance.

ANYONE WHO MAKES THE LIBS UPSET IS SOMEONE I LOVE. HOW ABOUT BECK/COULTER SHOW
norma | 11:52 a.m. March 30, 2009
keep going beck- obama doesn't need time- he told everyone what he was and what he wanted for america in his campaign- he wants to be dictator of a socialist contry and destroy the constition. He appears to be doing just what he said.
Matthew Ozment | 11:52 a.m. March 30, 2009
Glenn Beck is the watchman on the wall. With our country changing into something unrecongnizable from the liberty loving country we once had; thank God for Glenn Beck and his voice during these dark days.

Who knows how much longer he and others will have the freedom to continue being heard with the bill of rights being eroded away with astonishing speed.
Mockarena | 11:52 a.m. March 30, 2009
LOVE Glenn. And so other chicks on the right! We are trying to help rebrand the conservative voice at chicksontheright dot com - if you're fed up with the direction the nation is heading, please feel free to join the discussion there!!!

Glenn is our VOICE of truth
Anonymous | 11:53 a.m. March 30, 2009
Beck is great! He tells it like it is! He's not afraid to say what others are only thinking. It's nice having a voice for my same concerns.
A Face in the Crowd | 11:54 a.m. March 30, 2009
A Face in the Crowd is another old movie Glenn and his yellow-journalistic ilk should re-watch, along with anohter classic: Elmer Gantry. In fact, read Tartuffe by Moliere, smart guy. I'm so sick of all these sanctimonious blow-hards in the media. And Fox is part of the main stream media so quit the bull. Dry alcoholics like these guys are the worst. Give it time. It all comes out in the wash eventually. They all get hoisted on their own petards eventually.
pfc Pile | 11:55 a.m. March 30, 2009
I find it strange how people keep saying Glen Beck speaks the truth and how refreshing it is...but all I have heard him say is paranoid, schizophrenic babbling. He seems more like someone who is on the road to a good nervous breakdown than a teller of the truth. And lately some of the things he has said are near treasonous, if he actually said them in his 'right-mind'.
I have no problem with people who question authority, I think it is a very American thing to do, but Beck is teetering on the edge. I hope there are people around to help him when his bubble bursts.
His head injury may have effected him more than he knows.
Being Goode | 11:55 a.m. March 30, 2009
I really get a kick out the new bogeyman, "socialism". It reminds me of the 50's when the bogeyman was socialist communism. The republican's have nothing to use but fear itself. "FEAR" the touchstone of the republican party.
A clown? | 11:55 a.m. March 30, 2009
Yes he's a clown! Thats why liberals and socialists throughout America hate him and Rush and Hannity and Coulter, etc.,

That's why insane DC liberals want to shut down talk radio, because their clowns.

Liberals and our marxists president are afraid of clowns.

Re: Anonymous @ 10:04 3/29
"don't understand how things are somuch worse than Bush era. I thought Bush would lead the world into World War 3. Obama on the other hand is just bigining his work as President. How could we critisize a president without giving a time to see an out come."

The ends do not necessarily justify the means. For some, myself included, what has already happened is enough "out come" [sic] to establish our position. In the short time President Obama has been in office, he's authorized more bailout cash than the paltry $750B that went in under Bush, and he's begun the push toward the largest expansion and socialization of the American government in its history.

I don't care if his policies DO work. The price is too steep.
connie | 11:58 a.m. March 30, 2009
Someone needs to call this country back to its roots. Revivalist or not. The truth is the truth. Obama is moving us away from the constitution and the principals this nation was founded upon and Glen Beck recognized that and states it daily.
Good job, Mr. Beck!!
william king | 11:58 a.m. March 30, 2009
don't hear him talk about the council on foreign relations much. or admitt that ron paul was right and he was wrong. but we can use him to further freedom
Larry B. | 11:58 a.m. March 30, 2009
The man is a buffoon. I wonder if he's still addicted to Hillbilly Heroin as is Jabba the Rush. If this fool actually watched "Network", and I seriously doubt he has the attention span to do so, he missed the whole point of the movie. That point being the fact that all network news revolves on being entertainment designed to produce ratings and definitely not to inform. How sad the media has become.
Alexander Whitfield | 11:58 a.m. March 30, 2009
To Editors Brian Stelter and Bill Carter: Fox is long identified as the favored channel for conservatives and Republican leaders because they were the only channel that ever gave conservatives a fair shake in the late 90's. CNN (once very biased), MSNBC, NBC, etc.. always favored the left, but that's not your concern, is it? After all, I'm sure they agreed with your own political beliefs.

If you throw aside your ingrained frustration/pre-conceived notions and just listen to Glenn Beck or that "fire-brand" Limbaugh for at least two shows, you might find that you agree with just a few of their points. Supporting capitalism in our markets, individual responsibility of our people, and security at our borders should not just be conservative causes (just as the environment isn't just a liberal cause).

With the understanding that there will be some immature sound-byte spewers on both sides (as I can attest to having met a few of them), I only ask you to reach out and work with conservatives like Rush and Glenn.

After all, if they were placated with just a little compromise, they wouldn't be so powerful, would they? ;)

He speaks 4 me.
Iloveglenbeck | 11:59 a.m. March 30, 2009
I have enjoyed listening to Glen Beck for a long time. When anyone can't listen to those they don't always agree with, they have a closed mind and will never learn or grow as a person or thinker. Glen Beck will always give you food for thought. This is why he is so popular.
zack | 12:02 p.m. March 30, 2009
if you have never watched his show, you are missing out. just a little prediction on my part. he will be on at 10:00 pm as opposed to 5:00 pm very soon... gretta,,, asta-la-vista
LibertyRevolution | 12:08 p.m. March 30, 2009
People need to understand we have been sold out by both sides, Democrats and Republicans alike, its not a left vs right issue any more , but an American issue as our Economy and Constitution are being destroyed... This is a long time coming and we must restore the Republic. Go read the Declaration, our instructions are there. Time to grow a set and stand up for Truth before we loose our country to these Socialist / Fascist Fake politicians. Revolution is Brewing.

Those who took an oath, its about time we remembered what it means and stand united.

suzanne | 12:08 p.m. March 30, 2009
Thank God for Glenn Beck and fox news! If it were not for that network, we would not know what is going on. To all you mean vile liberals, who, can't stand the fact that we do not agree with you, get a life. I would not be a member of that sniveling, communist party for anything. I don't want Obama telling me what I can pay my employees,or if I give them health care or not.
william Beutler | 12:09 p.m. March 30, 2009
When will the population in the west get and opportunity to view this show at a reasonable hour? 2 and 3 pm is certainly not prime. One of your features is twice in the evening. Why not cut that to once and move Beck into vacant slot?
Sage of Monticello | 12:10 p.m. March 30, 2009
A very wise man once said:
"The world always makes the assumption that the exposure of an error is identical with the discovery of truththat the error and truth are simply opposite. They are nothing of the sort. What the world turns to, when it is cured on one error, is usually simply another error, and maybe one worse than the first one."

This would be the election of Obama after the mistake of Bush.

All government, in its essence, is organized exploitation, and in virtually all of its existing forms it is the implacable enemy of every industrious and well-disposed man. The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it.

For those lamenting Beck's over the top and opinionated performances, he consistently says he's not a journalist. He's honest about that fact. Most of the people claiming to be unbiased and straight journalists today are lying, they are blatantly biased. At least Beck is entertaining and making a good point.

Tim Russert was an a standout as a journalist, there aren't many of those out there. Folks that complain about Beck should really be asking why there aren't more Tim Russerts out there.

Glad Glenn went to Fox. I wouldn't watch CNN if they paid me to. I appreciate him voicing what a lot of people are thinking.
Alexander Whitfield | 12:12 p.m. March 30, 2009
Beerman,
The truth is that Bush DIDN'T fail. It is a popular notion, since you and many on the left despise war regardless of its cause. What you DIDN'T hear in the [mostly] liberal media is that despite inheriting a recession from the end of the Clinton admin (which is not necessarily Clinton's fault) our economy still grew EVEN DURING WARTIME status. Nor will you hear that we have succeeded in Iraq or turned over the control of both oil fields and military duties to the Iraqi people. Nope--that just wouldn't do in a liberal-dominated media.

What you WILL hear, is that Bush "drove the country into the ground with his policies." What a general/bland statement. The TRUTH, as you like to call it, is that OBAMA has provided us more debt and Big-Brother policies than any other president in history... And he has done it all in a mere 3 months. Congratulations.

You are right about one thing in particular, I hope. 2010 will reflect a referendum on his actions.

I love Glen Beck....watch every day after listening

Glenn Beck is for Glenn Beck and the almighty dollar. You people are nuts following him like you have no mind of your own. That's how Hitler started.
Patrice | 12:15 p.m. March 30, 2009
I am so thankful to have Glenn to listen to. He helps me feel not so alone in my thoughts and ideas of where I see this country going forward. My father and uncles and many others fought in wars for our freedom and liberty. I am against the gov/t taken over and/or bailing out AIG, banks and auto industry. What is next newspaper and thanks to Maxine Water she wants to socialize the whole country including the oil industry. We are going down the wrong road. I fear for this country.
Sane Non Listener | 12:15 p.m. March 30, 2009
He added later: "I say on the air all time, 'If you take what I say as gospel, you're an idiot.' "

Enough said.

He doesn't speak for me, I do
MotherRedDog | 12:16 p.m. March 30, 2009
Anyone who thinks Glenn is lying hasn't really watched his show. I actually had to watch CNN for an hour a day to catch him. I was happy when he went to FOX and knew he would have a big audience. Like others on here have said, he's just saying what everyone is thinking. He loves this country... not some political ideology. If you watched him or read what he writes, you'd understand. But, being liberal, you'll continue watching the msm and spouting their talking points. God Bless Glenn Beck.
JustAmerican | 12:16 p.m. March 30, 2009
ummm...(scratching my head) I still fail to see how what church he belongs to is relavant. NYT you are a divisive tool aren't you? C'mon now, you just can't help yourself. GO GLENN!!! Government doesn't care about you and Glenn is speaking the truth.
If you had watch Becks Show | 12:17 p.m. March 30, 2009
I keep reading how republicans ran this country into the ground, and if you had watched Glenns show at all you would know that he has been saying the same thing. The problem is that with the majority of our politicians we have a choice between socialism and socialism. And how can anyone really believe that the current administration is heading in the right directions. Republicans spent too much and now we have to fix that by spending alot more. Everyone is to big to fail, but lets not let them file chapter 11, instead lets take them over so that washington can manage them. Look at history and see if you still believe that the country is in a downward spiral. Heck look at California or Michigan. Its "We the people" not "We the goverment".
Warren Wilson | 12:17 p.m. March 30, 2009
In my opinion it is Beck's bombastic in-your-face style that appeals to viewers who are angry, but do not have the courage to stand up and rock the boat themselves. He unfortunately has little knowledge of history as it relates to America's current problems. I view him as being all smoke and no fire.
Jenny | 12:18 p.m. March 30, 2009
Thank you Glenn...I start my day, every day with you. Knowledge is power and you give me the information to feel empowered. God Bless America.
Anonymous | 12:18 p.m. March 30, 2009
Can the USA say "do-over?" This should be the independent/Republican/bluedog Dem cry shouted loud and clear! Or possibly we could use the "Stop the madness!" 80s infomercial and all millions of us upset Americans wear short blond spiked wigs ... dunno... but this is crazy! Nobama/Nancy/Reid are even scarier in real life than we dreamed they would be!
It makes me wonder if the noBama fans really like his socialistic unAmerican ways now that they see him in action? This arrogant man (who has never run a business, never been employed except by thugs, and voted "present" for every vote) has the nerve to talk to GM about running a multi-zillon business, the audacity to change our very foundations of economy and undo the pillars of America with his weird, untried and untrue antics and tactics. DO-OVER AMERICA! Let us get decent, honest, patriotic people in Washington who will give back our true freedoms, paid for dearly by many, respected and honored by generations.
Gator | 12:18 p.m. March 30, 2009
Do you notice the anti Beck posters vent anger and name calling and never state why they think Glen is wrong. Glen states his beliefs as rooted in the constitution and the values of the founders of our great country. When the left has destroyed our system of government they will be the first ones crying to get their country back but it will be too late.
wetcloud | 12:19 p.m. March 30, 2009
It is time to do more then watch a TV show. Insist your State stand up to the coming 'changes' by asserting the right to self govern in a Republic of States. We must unite to defeat this Chicago Thug.

"If you take what I say as gospel, you're an idiot." LOTS of idiots on here, apparently.
