his role as the devout grandfather & patriarch spy in the "Spy Kids" movie -- dignified & courtly there, too!
He will be missed! God bless his family!

I MET RICARDO MONTALBAN 20 YEARS IN AN ELEVATOR
IN THE BUILDING WHERE I WAS WORKING AT THE TIME IN
WEST LOS ANGELES.TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO TALK WITH ME.
A FINE ACTOR AND GENTLEMAN.ANOTHER GREAT FROM THE
GOLDEN AGE OF HOLLYWOOD THAT HAS PASSED ON AND WE
WON'T SEE HIS LIKE AGAIN.

He will be missed...he had class and I too loved Fantasy Island.

He was a great actor and person He will be missed

They failed to mention that "Wrath of Khan" was a continuation of an episode from the Star Trek series that starred Ricardo Montalban and the cast of the series (William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy etc.).

Ricardo Montalban had probably aged the best of everyone over the twenty years since the series episode.

I had been wondering about this wonderful actor, and I kept posponing looking him up on the Internet [ Google ]. Now I read he`s gone, and I cannot help feeling nostalgic...His dignified personality and great character will be missed. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent with us all, Mr. Montalban. Vaya con Dios.
