Unless Mr. Pykavit has a witness or even proof on the Deputy's car camera it's his word against Deputy Carter and I know from personal experience that they [COPS] never do anything wrong and they never tell lies. They swore an Oath to uphold the law. If Deputy Carter is found guilty I'm sure he won't say sorry or admit any wrong doing. Good Luck!

There is dash cam video of this incident...i have seen the un-edited version of it. I no the deputy involded and unfortunatley for him it does appear he did use excessive force and lied to paramedics upon their arrival...which is the worst part.
