Surveillance camera images show the intersection of 900 S. and West Temple where Utah Highway Patrol troopers believe a gang-related confrontation occurred about 15 minutes prior to a shooting on I-15. The shooting happened Jan. 9. Police are seeking a red passenger car that may have also been a witness to the events leading up to the shooting.
