Obviously rankings don't mean much, especially in a state where state tournament pairings are decided on region rotations and not on any kind of seedings, but AF beat Springville by 10, RHS beat Springville by 31, and AF beat Lone Peak in OT by 11, RHS beat Lone Peak by 22. AF has continued to be ranked ahead of Riverton and it probably gives RHS a little additional fire... but rankings don't mean anything.
If Springville played like they did against AF they would probably lose... oh, wait been there, done that.
2A vs 4A champ? 5A can play a junior college!
I think using Springville as a measuring stick on how good your team is really doesnt prove to much #2 should take care of #8 you had nothing to gain by this match up.
The only thing that may give Riverton some confidence is that AF's team looks a lot like Springville with a lack of size and dept at the post.
To see what Riverton is really made of it will be the game against Bingham.
dane jd and trent
There just kids AND this probably won't get posted like the other two I've sent that are similiar.
Take a reality check
Roy has some really great Girls playing for them and may knock off one top team but they are still not a to 20 team.
