This is just the beginning of a national registration system of the american
people where you start with the very young to have an keep permenant records of
individuals. The ID kits should be the choice of the parents own use and not to
be turned over to any state office of records. Be warry of gift horses and how
it is sublimaly used. Any kits should be retained by the parents for their own
records and use. This child protection is getting out of hand by governments and
the education system. They are using our children as an excuse to start a
national registry of all citizens of the united states. And where the government
is handing them out they will demand these documents be returned to them, in the
name of safe keeping. Parents, beware and use caution.
