'Wedgie' killer sentenced to probation, apology

I am hoping we might find one of our lesser-known-but-looking-to-make-a-name-for-himself legislators to sponsor legislation including the wedgie as a hate crime along with noogies, Indian rope burns, and wet willies.

I'm not sure if I like this or not.

The thought of a bully getting put out of action does give satisfaction. The thought of 100 hours of community service for murder doesn't.

What are the details of this murder? If the murder was acidental, as a result of resisting the bullying, then the punishment should be light if at all.

Maybe they're taking pitty on him because he will forever be labeled the "Wedgie Killer". Ouch.

Remember people,Sensationlism sells, do you really think that all this guy did to Low was give him a "wedgie?" Take a look deeper into the case if you can, this is not a simple bullying case, much more is involved including, Cocaine and Guns, I just wish the Desert News would have taken it a bit more serious, then "The Wedgie Killer!"
