I just want to know where I can get one of those AWESOME "Quest for perfection" T-shirts created by the oh-so humble Y team. Where are those now? I'm sure the kids in 3rd world countries appreciated the shipment. Thanks-you really contributed Cougs. I think everyone needs to remember-this isn't about the cougars-this is the UTES year. How many of you quickly tore off the blue and ran to the store to purchase your red this year and hopped on the bandwagon? Out here in the east, people have been really impressed with the Utes. Thank you for a great season!

I thought Pete Carrol and the coach of Texas claimed their teams were #1. When it game time to throw down the vote, they backed off, afriad of losing their vote in the future. I say to Coach Whittingham, well done, you voted for who you know is number 1. Whittingham stands up for his guys when others just blow smoke.

The Ute fans did the gator chomp and chanted "Urban Meyer" while at the Sugar Bowl. Look it up on You tube. I think they are pleased with being #2, as they are still in love with Mr. Meyer and his new team.

Thanks for supporting the Gators while in New Orleans Ute fans, Maybe next time you can chant something like, Oh I don't know, UTAH UTES! or KYLE WHITTINGHAM!

Proof positive that the utes and their fans are delusional: they think they should be #1. Sorry there little uties but you don't even deserve to be in the top 5, not with all the close wins you had against weak teams and then getting to play the easiest and most overranked team in the top 5 aka Alabama. And they had all the air let out of their balloon by not getting to play in the NC game while u guys were super pumped to play them, they didn't even care that much about the game so they didn't even show up the first half. Any of the other legitimate top 10 teams including BSU would have beat you pretty bad. 'Nuff said.

Utah does not deserve to be ranked above Texas. Other than Alabama Utah played no one of consequence. "Perfect Season" playing in a weak conference doesn't match the week to week grind of a bigger conference.

Oh but remember the top teams played by the U? Where are they at the end of the season? With the exception of the Horned Frogs, who were blown out by Okahoma,the competition was non-existant.

Ute fans like to pick the highest rankings their opponents had during the season, not where they were judged at the end of the season.

Bottom line is that U's schedule was only the 70th toughest in the nation.

Wow, you sure know a lot about college football! You must certainly be smarter than all those head coaches and sports writers who had the wool pulled over their eyes by Saban & Co.

Close wins against weak teams? Woulda, coulda, shoulda, but DIDN'T!

Personally, I'm thrilled to be a fan of the #2 team in the country. GO UTES!!

Utah thinks they deserve to be in the top 5 after beating a team that didn't even care about playing them in the Sugar Bowl? Hey here's how good Alabama is: BYU hung 24 points on utah's "great" defense at their place, and how many did Alabama score against them, 17? Wow now there's a legitimate top 10 team if I ever saw one. The utes should be kissing Bronco's shoes for having Max throw all those INTs in the 4th qtr to break open a 27-24 ballgame and send them to a big money bowl against an easy opponent. Just quit yer whining ute fans and send us our check. And you're welcome.

Utah should be #1 because after all look at all the QBs they've produced who have won Heismans and Super Bowls.

The BCS stinks, but at the same time it is the best thing going right now. When they figure out a playoff the 9th or 13th or 17th team, the one right after the "Cut Off" from the Playoffs will be crying along with the media, "They could be the Best, but they weren't admitted into the playoff", so I don't want to hear it. Let's face it, Utah would have had 2 or 3 losses playing Oklahoma's or Florida's schedule. It is just a fact! Then again if they were in the same Conference they would have the same recruiting ground and fair advantage of recruits, one thing they don't have now. So it isn't a fair playing field. It would be the same for BYU, it is the same for UCLA, and Arizona State, and Oregon, and teams in the Big 10. It is hard to compete with powerhouses in the SEC and Big 12, and the Pac 10 and Big 10 are the next level along with the ACC! The Mountain West is riding their tail closely with the Wac near behind them and Conference USA, and the Sunbelt follow that up. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Hey cougar breath: Get over your illigitimate 24 year old "National Title". That year was part of the reason the BCS came about. Stop living in the past and catch up to the rest of us. Make sure you bring your, "Were #25 sign to RES south.
