So, I guess it all comes down to money. Who gets it and how much. Seems to me, that, if only adults are supposed to be smoking, then why can't the tobacco makers only send tobacco related nevelty items to adults?
What's next? Keeping retailers from selling "HUSTLER" t-shirts?
