Send boozer to the D-League.

I agree I don't know why we're still paying Boozer to sit on the bench
all season. Especially since Milsap is doing so good. Fesenko has a lot of
potential and I'd like to see him back with us soon.

Please don't be dumb Jazz fans. We need Booz. The man is having KNEE
SURGERY. He'd play if he could and will be back soon, then the Jazz will
truly be rollin.

The sooner the Jazz get rid of Looser the better. He gets a lot of points and
rebounds on the offensive end, but he gives up almost as many to the opponents
on the defensive end. Memo isn't a great defensive center, but he's a
great power forward, and a much better defender than Looser. The combination of
Millsap and Okur at power forward with a strong defensive center would be a much
stronger team overall.

Yes, Peanut Brittle Boozer does make our team better. But I hope the Jazz come
up with a good sign and trade for him in the summer. Millsap has earned the
right to start. And if the Jazz try to keep Carlos at $17M, it will mean letting
go of a couple of other players (Millsap + ?).
Boozer will have played in about 2/3 of all possible games during his contract. He's either one of the unluckiest players on the planet or he's just very fragile. Whatever teh case, you cannot afford to pay a guy MAX $ to look pretty behind the bench for 30% of the time and be a guest announcer.

I don't think they would have sent him but with Collins back, they can
afford to send him down & get more playing time to improve.

I agree! But...he's older than a 2nd year. And after their 2nd year, we
can't send them to the D-League. Grrrr.....

The Jazz should consider trading Fesenko, and possibly Collins, if we trade them
both, then we could get another good backup center.

Fesenko does have a lot of potential and playing frequently should help him
develop his skills. Collins isn't much help, he can't score and is a
mediocre defender. He is a great person and outstanding citizen. As for Boozer,
there is no question that he will attempt to sell himself to the highest bidder.
He has already shown that when he came to the Jazz. Millsap gives his all -
100% when he plays and certainly is a better choice to have on the floor. He is
a dedicated player and will continue to improve as will Brewer. Besides Boozer
has missed over 100 games since coming to the Jazz - He's not much of a
bargain to another team - he just a part-timer. Koufas is going to be an asset
and really works hard when he is on the court. Miles should have gone to
Oklahoma. I miss seeing Price on the floor - he is a real hustler and deserves
more playing time. Knight was running the offense well, but has not contributed
that much as of late.

Boozer is the Escalade, ok on the freeway but can't cut it out in the bush
country. CJ is the YUGO, can't cut it on either. And I have never played
basketball seriously, just can tell it by watching the games. At least Larry
owns and Escalade and a Yugo he can talk about.

Ya, pickup a solid veteran who will kickstart some energy and cheers in the
Delta Center. Like Mark Madsen or someone.

MMMmm...I think the jazz should trade Fesenko for Hakeem and clear up some cap
room for Lee Schultz to come play as well. He is tearing it up in the 8th ward.
He has a temper though, but lots of heart!!!!

No, you've got it wrong. The 8th ward all star is named Tree Skullzz. I
watched him play last week, boy does he have a temper. He gets his name from
being tall as a TREE (6'11") and has been known to smash SKULLS when
calls don't go his way. He's just what the Jazz need. After watching
his performance, I gave the Head of Basketball Operations for the Church a call
to see if they could negotiate a contract with the Jazz. He told me that
because of the current BCS, no contracts can be negotiated. Big loss for the
Jazz!!

Trade Boozer for any serviceable backup PF in the league. Maybe Rony Turiaff. At
least the Jazz get something for him. Better than him opting out and them
getting nothing. Just ask Cleveland.

so many "fans" have no idea how a trade works. besides most teams
aren't going to waive the physical so lets wait and see if boozer is even
healthy before the trade deadline (which he won't be) and maybe then you
can try and pitch some more ideas.

I think the tree skullzz idea is great although they could get an even better
deal by getting rid of d'will and cj miles and getting cave man from the
L.A clippers and have him bring the ball up and do a two mann game with him and
skullzz.....

What's the deal with everyone slamming Boozer on every story comment board.
Boozer has played great when healthy. He has been hurt a lot, not his fault.
He said he will test free-agency at the end of the year, who wouldn't. I
don't see people Harpring when he was injured. Wasn't he averaging
20.5 and 12 before he was hurt. If you don't think that's hustling
then you're crazy.
