The Headline is gramatically problematic: "Police arrest woman after nude rampage" suggests that the POLICE were engaging a nude rampage and then they arrested a woman when they were done.
LOL!
If the department hasn't issued or considered issuing tasers, this may be a great New Year's resolution. Good luck guys!

However they did it, this points out to me the fallacy of the idea of legalizing drugs. Drugs change behavior--and not usually for the better.
You can draw a map over the "red" states, or heavily conservative regions, and they completely parallel the regions with the highest per capita use of meth.
