Bush expands reach of health clinics

You might want to check the data on the Indian Health Servies budgets, etc. Take the Lower Brule Reservation in SD. They were promised a hospital when the dam went in decades ago. They are still waiting. Meanwhile, they have a shuttle bus system to take them to Pierre, instead.

Cheaper for the feds, promise broken. So what else is new.

Check on the IHS and how that game gets paid/played.
