This doctor should do everything it takes to fix his mistake, and pay restitution.

Wouldn't it be nice to live in a world where people recognized mistakes and corrected them. If that were possible think of all of the lawsuits avoided. No more suing tobacco companies cuz the smokers chose to smoke and so forth.

It sounds like Dr. Chick did accept responsibility and is willing to rectify the problem. I don't see why everyone thinks they need to get the lawyers involved. It usually boils down to greed and vengeance, not restitution.

for real? | 12:49 p.m. Dec. 24, 2008
This has to be some kind of a joke! Chick, wing? Breasts? Seriously, this is not for real. This sounds like someone at KFC got bored and wrote a fake press release.

I have also filed the exact same type of lawsuit without any attorneys. This was supposed to be a small claims court case, but I just now received a packet from my doctor's attorney, so now I don't know what's going on. I simply want my money back so that I can look for a good doctor to fix my lopsided breast.

Right, that's exactly why the story quotes directly from a civil suit filed in 3rd District Court. You must be one of those lazy readers.

No. Utah sees a major earthquake every 350 years. Last one? 350 years ago.
