They are climbing is because we encourage delinquencies. If you are 90 days late we may put a moratorium on your foreclosure or we may provide a work out of your loan. If you are on time, too bad, you are the true victim, but you cosigned on your neighbors home and must pay his bills. Less gov't intervention will prove a quicker fix.
