I just hope they play Defense and more Defense above all else.Above Stats, Above Ego, Above a Big Paycheck. Out work them. Out hustle them. Out play them. Win just win.
If he is back we will be toast with no AK to even remotely inhibit his shooting.
We need AK and Brevin in the second unit. They are awesome together.
D-Will has two areas he needs to improve on. Not making STUPID turnovers AND start passing the ball when he drives to the hoop. He tries to go for the layup far too often. Especially while he is in this condition he ought to be passing off not crashing into 3 guys for a layup.
Brevin penetrates, draws 2-3 defenders, and then dumps it off to a team mate for a layup or dunk. Deron goes for the layup and gets pounded into the first row. I appreciate his toughness but I do not necessarily think it is the wisest choice.
On multiple D-Will drives/layup attempts the last couple of games I have paused my DVR. Deron has 3 defenders on him at the point of layup AND two team mates standing behind them ready for the dumpoff uncontested layup or dunk but he tries to lay it up instead.
He needs to watch more tape.
This is what we need. If we can afford Chris Bosh I am sold that he can bring Utah a championship. Keep D will, Millsap, Kirilenko, Brewer, Price, and Memo.
