It is so good to see all of the conservatives of Utah are still alive and well
with there sour grapes. I was afraid that they might at some point realize that
they were not the only ones to vote in this great country and that the majority
voted for, dare I say it, the better candidate. Then these comments would have

It's sort of ironic that an article with the names, Obama, Clinton and
Gates share the same front page with an article about our youth and the
excessive amount of cheating and lying they do while feeling it's ok. When
the people that our nation hold up as examples to the rest the world of the

Congress did give Bush the authority, in Oct. 2002 to use force "if
necessary" to bring Saddam into compliance. In Nov, 2002, Saddam let
weapons inspectors back into Iraq. The UN Weapons Inspectors reported, in March
2003, that Saddam was allowing random searches, at a moment's notice any
site they requested. They also reported they were finding no WMD's. Bush
didn't care, he told the weapons inspectors to leave--US troops invaded.

How many times must you people be told Obama did not mean that his administration would be made up of all fresh faces whose lack of experience would undermine our national security and economy but that policies, goals and priorities of his administration would be a change.
Who do you propose as the Secretary of State? The Wal-Mart employee who makes $7.00 an hour and has no experience other than how to stock shelves and operate a cash register? The ignorance of your comments are clearly demonstrated since for your kind of change to exist would mean that Obama would have to randomly pick people from a phone book and say "I have never met this person, know nothing about them yet I think I will flip a coin to decide if they will be my new Secretary of State."

The "change" Obama brings to the table is an economic policy which
isn't based on "trickle-down," and a foreign policy which
isn't based on "might makes right," but seeks to use war as a
last resort after every other option has been exhausted. And even more
dramatic, appointing those who are experienced and knowledgable as opposed to
belonging to the favored political think tank, as the Bush Administration did
when they hired new college grads to oversee re-building in Iraq. Obama will be
a refreshing change, but not a magician.

Speaking as someone who didn't so much vote for McCain as against Obama, I
must say that his foreign policy team is not nearly as disastrous as I feared.
Don't get me wrong, Hillary isn't exaclty my idea of the perfect First
Diplomat, but she's much better than the uber-liberal Obama could have
picked. He seems to be showing a noticeably moderate bent in his cabinet
choices so far, which is a good thing.

this debt?. What is Mrs. Clinton going to do about the $8 million owed by her
'08 presidential campaign?. After conceding the Democratic nomination to
Obama earlier this year, the former First Lady was in the red to the tune of
almost $22 million, the largest presidential campaign debt in history. She has
already eaten the $13 million of her own money that she lent to jump-start the
campaign. According to the October SEC reports, the Clinton campaign has just
over $1.1 million on hand. Can she legally be retiring the debt as a federal
employee?. What middle class tax payer's will pick up this debt?. Will it
be the "Joe the Plumber's or Joe-Six-Pack" that don't spread
their wealth's unless forced to like this act?. You tell me right now

Federal Reserve has pledged $7.4 trillion to ease frozen credit, $7.4 trillion,
plus all these bailouts, all these stimulus packages. I guess Obama and the
Democrats think that we're idiots here. They're repackaging his
massive socialist agenda, his massive New Deal as a "jobs stimulus
program" that will supposedly jump-start the economy. The Democrats, Chuck
Schumer, they want to have a stimulus package on Obama's desk in January,
the day he's inaugurated, of another $700 billion. He is promising you here
a collectivist, socialist agenda. This is right out of FDR and the TVA and all
these make-work projects, building roads, crumbling roads, bridges and so forth
and this is not just a one-step thing, this is the plan for the future.

for the jump in the Dow that we experienced last week. But, when he names
Hillary and the Dow drops 500 points we decide it is because we are in a

President elect Obama is saying he plans to make our military strongest on the planet, rebuild alliances, regain American leadership in all dimensions, with UN strong action including military force if needed to stop mass killings like those in Darfur.
While the UN is on the verge of collapse, he plans to give power to the UN (Book of Daniel). If our ways please God, we need no alliances. God destroyed nations that alligned with other nations for security. We wanted change from US posturing and interfering around the world. He campaigned against Senator McCains concepts for war and he is doing the same thing. He plans to send greater numbers of our youth to Afghanistan, get involved with stronger connection with NATO and UN peacekeeping forces. These are not the changes that will give peace. God promises peace to those who use His word for wisdom in how to fight the war, not in threatening sanctions as we are doing against Iran. THIS IS NOT CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN.

Obama is a strong, thoughtful, savvy and intelligent leader. He knows he
isn't going to succeed with a cabinet of yes men. So, he reached across

Do you really belive Obama will move to the center? I don't think so as
evidenced by his choice of Hillary, who is so far left she can't even see
center from where she is! Actions speak louder than words, always have, always
will! The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Obamas past is
very liberal; anti second amemdment, pro abortion, anti family, he never met a
tax he doesn't love, doesn't think we need a strong military and
doesn't realize we are at war with terrorists. How could anyone be farther
left than that?

for your perusal. I maintain neither Obama, McCain, Hillary or anyone can solve
America's problems. America will not get better until Americans get better!
Better at what you ask? Better at living correct principles and governing
ourselves. I think it was Thomas Jefferson who warned that this new government
would be inadequate for a people who do not show self restraint and self
control. Someone else said that a nation that refuses govern themselves are
destined to be governed by tyrannts. Cecil B. DeMille said, "we don't
break the 10 commandments we only break ourselves against them". Bottom
line in my way of thinking; unless we live God's laws, there will always be
caos and political and economic upheavals aplenty no matter who is president! In
order for America to get better, Americans need to be better people. I am trying
to be a better man, a better husband, father and neighbor. I hope all of you
will too. See you at the judgement bar where we will all give our accounting of
our lives even if you don't think so!

ran it on high for a few minutes, the product would read about the same as any
of them ... most of them are sublimely ridiculous and prove nothing except the
ignorance and bigotry of the posters.

If you want change....Use the 600 Billion bail out cahs to fund American medical
students. Change laws that allow for mal practice law suits to provide proof of
INTENTIONAL mistakes before awards are determined to lower medical costs. Make
new federally funded medical school graduates work in community hospitals for
reduced pay, free of malpractice liability for 5 years to pay back the public
that paid for their education. Give all retirees free medical coverage. 600
Billion oughta cover all of that for a few years. That's one
approach.($600,000,000,000.00)

And once again, BO has shown his disdain for the Constitution. Hillary
can't be Sec State unless there is a law that changes the salary of the
position to be less than or equal to that of a senator.
The second clause of Article 1, Section 6, of the Constitution reads, "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office."
So, BO and crew are demonstrating once again that they feel our founding documents are to be ignored at any and all costs.
It truly is a sad day in the USSA.
