Embrace the ridiculousness and just laugh, rather than take everything so seriously. Laughing is good for the soul and for the blood pressure!

If you want a good, down in the belly laugh, then watch ridiculous people behaving ridiculously - too funny. People watching is the most fun past time ever. The only thing is, people watching me? - now that's ridiculous, they're probably laughing hysterically too! Life is full of the ridiculous - that's what makes life so fun.

I found the older I get, the more cynicism I have, and the less patience for the hypocrisy of the duality of humans.

I know I will never be able to change the ridiculous things that go on around me... so I guess this sounds like a book I should read.
