Utah Jazz's lack of energy was most disappointing

I expected worse comments from sloan. He's almost sounding like an optimist. The Jazz are lucky to have him.

Defense will bring the energy....Jazz always get down on themselves if their offense isn't running silky smooth.Sometimes you just have to physically out work and out hustle them and grind out a win.Make the decision to do that right from the start and not after halftime.
Defense and more defense above all else.Above Stats, above ego, above pretty wins.Win just win.Everybody's personal goal is better D greater D AMAZING D.You can still look pretty scoring an still play the D Remember the Bulls and Jordan.

It is not that hard to guard someone. If our players put forth as much effort on the defensive end as the offensive end, it would be scary. We have the athletes but lack the commitment. I put that blame on Jerry. He could bench whoever he wants if they refuse to buy into the defensive system. But no, he rewards them with more minutes. Good coaches demand good defense or the players are watching the game from the bench. Sloan just talks the talk but never walks the walk when it come to defense.

Why should Jazz players exhibit extraordinary effort? The Jazz organization has zero commitment to win an NBA championship and that lack of commitment is reflected in the level of effort from the players. With the Jazz management and players it's all about milking the market for all it's worth.

The Jazz are getting boring to cheer for; too
many inconsistencies. If the effort and commitment
is not there then why waste time being a fan
anymore.
