So much for the full rehabilitation theory

Are you sure he had therapy? And even if he did, why was the wife allowing him to babysit. Why were people allowing him to babysit. Will he wife be charged for accessory because she knew he was a sex offender? It makes me mad that a registered Sex Offender reoffended and makes it harder on those of us who are trying and keeping our noses clean and not putting ourselves in situations that are high risk situations.
