Fischer has proven that if you want to win the battle you have to fund both sides.
the trust IS the church.
Ok....so the trust is the church. Kinda shoots the ole FLDS is not a church argument.
Walls wants her money and will take it from the deepest pockets she can find. Jeffs owns nothing so gotta take money from the ones she wants to save....what a joke.
I bet Dan Fischer is being entertained by the drama and will be the only one that gets his moneys worth out of this.
Fact is - since the women and children never get any of the trust money, and actually give their state welfare checks to the trust, so it makes perfect sense to take the money from the trust to pay the lawsuit. It's not like taking money from the women and children - they were going to get any of it anyway.
Now if the women would get some backbone and care about their children more than their religion, then the trust would have A LOT less money and the kids would have better living conditions. Too bad the religion is the ONLY thing they care about...
Shocking that no ones see a problem with the people representing Walls giving a $10,000 gift to the trustee for his fees.
Now now children....can we all just get along. Seems I saw something in the rules for this sit that said something about being civil.
RC may be a bit focused in his outlook but hey......without a bit of levity this whole subject would be kinda boreing.......
