Maybe his superiors at both State and Federal level ought to be under investigation also! Talk about government fraud waste and abuse.

Where was the day to day oversight with the state and the TSA Feds? Some folks were not minding the store or chose to ignore the very obvious. Who among Wyss' supervisors will be held accountable at DPS and with the Feds?

He was able to get away with it because his supervisor is in Wash D.C. His supervisor had to depend on the local Federal Security Director (Earl Morris) to keep things straight. Obviously he did not. In fact, Morris knew about this situation for quite some time. This may go alot towards explaining why Morris is now under investigation and on administrative leave.
