Just say no to unconstitutional government-coerced snooping by landlords.

I try not rent to criminals and other bad actors. I wish I could always tell. I even put clauses in my contract about these issues. The problem is that the rental contract/lease is almost impossible to enforce. It can often take months to carry out an eviction and it is very expensive. They get free legal aid, making it even much more expensive for the property owner.

Perhaps if the City of West Jordan and other cities would create ordinances to help property owners rid themselves of these folks(push them off on some other city)and better manage these neighborhoods. They could push them on out of the state as far as I care. The people we are talking about here are a drain on society anyway.
