Bush blew it, and the courts are saying so. Any idiot would know that holding people like this is wrong
Ship them back to their countries. Sorry, guys, but you get them back. What you do is not our concern. They did not belong with us, so here, take them. Tough world out there, but... that is the way it is.
Isn't the Constitution wonderful in the checks and balances it brings to our democracy.
Thank goodness the judicial branch has finally found its backbone and is exercising its Constitutional prerogative by telling the Executive Branch that what they've done is not only wrong but unconstitutional as well.
If you call that being an activist judge then I say we need all our judges to be activists!
