This is crazy. Our legal system is so back-logged that it takes this long to get this case going?

Yes. Because there are so many creeps out there with either frivilous law suits or pleading innocent when they really aren't, in their attempt to somehow get off or the smallest sentence. It's gross, and outrageous, but a fact. It's not a justice system anymore, it's a mess.

Folks, face up to it, our legal system is broken. Most agree with this. Too bad the lawyers ruined it.

This is such a sad thing to hear about... Two missionaries out preaching the word of god and just getting gunned down by some stranger... I do hope that Justice prevails in this ONE case!

No one should take the life of another for any reason and I do not understand the comment in the article that it was a dispute over money. This is a sad time for us all and yet we should not fear.
