Isn't Judge Lindberg one of the 3 lowest scoring judges on the ballot? Did she get reelected?

Did the flds actually think the court system would rule on their side? More unnecessary money to their "legal advisors".

And Wisan and his lawyers are paying themselves hundreds of dollars an hour out of the trust to defend the trust from the beneficiaries. Now we know who the real beneficiaries are...

Oh what a wonderful system we have. The former trust manager gets accused of mismanaging the trust so the court appoints a new trust manager to mismanage the trust.
Jeffs never took money from the trust to pay himself the salaries and fees collected by the present manager and trustees........what a joke.

The FLDS Church followed its prophet to Texas yearning for their new zion. They would not defend the UEP Trust and in fact ran off with a portion of the assets that they were entrusted to preserve. They quit farming the Berry Knoll Farm and it has turned into a sand dune wasteland. The only thing it has fed for the last several years is rabbits and lizards.

The good ole boys from Texas decided to play hard ball by creating laws specifically desinged to exterminate the unwanted FLDS and destroy their hard work and industry through a CPS harassment scheme.

Now the FLDS are yearning for their old zion but their old zion is being partitioned by the State of Utah. They are the ones that created the Restatement of Trust that changed the UEP from a Common Law Trust (Private Trust with specific named beneficiaries) to a Charitable Trust. Now they are whining about something they created themselves.

The Court needs to allow the Fiduciary to convey the property to the beneficiaries with the best claims (those who made the improvements) and the common property (cemetaries, parks, etc.)to public entities. Problem solved...

To zxcvbnm, Jeffs only charged a $1,000.00 a month from every member, what a rich lifestyle he lived.while the children went without proper care,(food, shoes, education)do i need to say more

RE Freeman: If you are refering to $1000 per member I would need to see some proof of that sum.

Jeffs property was as communal as the next guy......sure a bigger house etc but where are the bank accounts. Are you sure you haven't fallen into the gossip trap?
The kids at YFZ had shoes,,,,the school was well supplied and the education met even CPS scrutany. The children were well fed and clean as witnessed by CPS and MHMR.
Looks to me like this is another case of "babies bodies and non-existant crematoriums.
Nice try though.

ZXCVBNM, for not being FLDS you sure seem to be an authority on everything about our faith. I admire you zeal, but you are not one us, therefore you are merely passing out your personal opinions not facts.

Re: Brother Jessop. What I have learned about your faith in the last several months I have gleaned from many sources. I have taken an interest in your faith mainly as a result of the misinformation propogated by persons that seem to be your enemies.
Yes my opinions are just that, opinions. But in delving thru information I have been able to shed doubt on misinformation by questioning every accusation and attempting to get to the "facts".
I hope I haven't offended anyone, if I have please forgive me.
I am happily Catholic and do not agree with many of your religious beliefs however, I hope that my religion is not put to the test that yours has been.
God Bless You.

Thank You zxcvbnm! For being your outward contribution of your opinion. I am thankful that you have studied and did seek to learn more on a very unpopular religion. ( Of course it is only unpopular to this world and not with Heavenly Realms) Love and Gratitude!
ILove FLDS | 8:32 a.m. Nov. 10, 2008
Oh and zxcvbnm you have got to know that tests toward our religion are a blessing and multiply and increase our love ,faith and gratitude to our eternal Heavenly Father. So why deny an experience that will draw you nearer to God?

With rejoicing unto God for every experience (good or bad) we are grateful for the opportunity to turn to him in prayer and learn through his sweet spirit.

RE: IL FLDS.....Don't worry about the test, I'm sure you will pass it.
I guess it may take a few more years for this country to live up to its promise of religious freedom.
I just hope God will understand the delay.
Its about time | 4:41 p.m. Nov. 10, 2008
God gave the flds the legal intervention it wanted so badly.

Warren wanted the end times so bad he could taste it.

Now he has an all you can eat buffet of end times.

End of the UEP, end of the lifestyle, end of YFZ as they knew it, end of the milk ranch, end of Berry Knolls, end of the Unholy Disunited Disorder, endo endo endo.

End of the freedom for child molesters too.

FLDS Church member Merlin Jessop stands on Berry Knoll. He farmed the once-fertile land west of it for decades until a Utah court took control of the property.
