'Whale Wars' comes to TV

I can't wait to see the show. Whale hunting should be outlawed period.

I was sickened by the previews. Whether or not you agree with whale hunting, these people have no right to go and bully people into complying into what they feel is correct.

totally agree! they have no right to shove their beliefs down other people's throats!!!

It's unfortunate that no government will step in and do something about the illegal whale slaughter... but very fortunate for the whales that there is one brave group of people dedicated to saving as many of them as they can!!!!

I respect and admire your courage and your passion for what you believe in Paul Watson and as soon as i possibly can i am going to be on board that ship as a crew member fighting the good fight too!!!

1: I thought we weren't supposed to judge the actions of another culture? Suddenly when it's convenient, activists do stuff like this and expect us to consider them brave, but at other times we are supposed to just bite our lips and consider the feelings of other cultures?

2: This is nothing more than the same media-exploiting tactics used by terrorists, wherein they push and provoke until the other side reacts, and then they suddenly claim to be victims. I don't think this is a constructive way to push an agenda, though I am sympathetic to their point that little is being done to stop illegal whaling short of these tactics.

Im pritty sure that the whalers in this show are not breaking the law, it is legal for them to hunt these whales, and it is part of their culture, as long as that is the case I dont see any difference between these whale warriors and terrorists, because that is what they are doing

I'm angered by the comments of Matt & 'not convinced at all' who should have done some research before spewing their nonsense. Comparing them to terrorists is ridiculous when they are trying only to save lives through nonviolent means... how is that being a terrorist? Thankfully, there are some brave and passionate people who put their lives on the line to make a difference not only to the whales but for many other ocean-saving causes... and to the ignorant and selfish humans out there that don't care about these beautiful creatures, please be informed that if the whales and sharks in the ocean die, the oceans then die, and we humans would die.

I hope the next time these pirates attempt to illegally board a ship they are shot and thrown overboard. Or at least have acid thrown at them in the same manner. They complain the fishermen are breaking the law, but they do the same in the name of their "noble" cause. And what about the fisherman's family? Should they starve to save whales, are whales more important then a human?

first time watcher..never again as the show has textbook lessons for terror and anarchism. Not too smart given the atmosphere engendered by Somalian and other international pirates.
