If C Woods defense plays a full 48 minutes, goodnight B Ville, turn the lights out when you leave. If not, it could be another close game like Orem--passing teams always have a chance. However, in loooking at common opponents these two teams have played in Layton and Clearfield (both beat B Ville and both lost to the Wood, one quite handily and the other the same until the 4th quater), C Wood should come out on top. Too many offensive weapons, fast, aggressive defense and a coaching staff second to none that will have the boys ready to play.

Did you look at the D-stats?

Don't look at common opponents??

This is a state game and anything can happen!

This is why we play the game!

Go Lakers!

Dalton Snook is going to break all records and Sack the Bonneville quarterback another 7 times. Cottonwood is one of the very best High School teams I have ever seen.... Kudos to the wonderful and caring coaches that have made this team what it is.

I want the Coaches of Cottonwood to know that they are the best coaches to ever coach a high school team. They don't just teach football, they teach respect, friendship, disapline, commitment, bonding, and how to be a TEAM. These boys don't just practice during season, they work all year long, they live, eat, and breath football. Every Coach is caring and devoted to these boys, I would name them, but i would not want to leave anyone out. Thank you for your wonderful love and commitment to these boys. Isi Sofele is awesome, and on Defense Dalton Snook is always right on that ball. "GO COTTONWOOD"

While you are probably right in calling CWood and TV the two best teams in the state, you are being a bit presumptious just assuming that you are going to get to play them. You will have your hands full this week with Pine View. Pine View has an explosive offense and can play defense too. Better not overlook them or you will be staying home next week watching them play.

You are such a Ram Moron, That is what the score will be again if Highland is Lucky enough to play CW again. We are not overlooking Bonneville and I would not overlook PV if I were Highland. CW played both teams this year and PV is a Better team than Highland is. CW played horrible against Highland and turned the ball over 5 times, 2 fumbles for Highland TD's. CW played Great against PV, If CW had played PV like they did against Highland I am not sure they would have won that game. If there is a rematch, which I doubt there will be CW will win 45-21 against Highland.

Bonneville did it again with another first round upset... and just like last year, I see Bonneville exiting in round 2. The Colts are just too powerful on offense and defense to take a loss to the Lakers.

Cottonwood 35 Bonneville 7

The win against MV was not an upset, MV was only 4-5. Bonneville earned last years first round win, but this year was just luck of the draw. Should you be excited about being in the quarterfinals, yes, but lets face it, you are not in the elite class of the 4A. You got owned in your own region, and Cottonwood is going to have to try hard not to drop 50 points on you. Bonneville was one of the ugliest teams I saw this year. Sorry.
