This is the problem with politics. Desperate opponents just stretch the truth. Huntsman has been a champion on the environment and Springmeyer saying he is asleep on the nuclear waste issue is disgusting. Whether you support bringing in nuclear waste to Utah or not, Huntsman has never been a proponent of it. That is just a fact. To say otherwise or that "he has been asleep" at the switch is simply dishonest and irresponbile.

a seat someplace on the Governors staff.

It's got nothing to do with campaign money raised or anyone's stance on whatever issue you care to mention. For the Governors race and for most of the legislative districts in this state, it's all about attending church meetings of a certain faith. That alone determines winners and losers up for election and ya'll know it. Just admit it!
