2nd trial starts in April for former Moab teacher in sex case

what did the judge do that was so wrong? does anyone know what questions is wrong for a judge to ask? sounds like to me the utah supreme court has some family members in the flds church and had an axe to grind with society.

This trial was supposed to have taken place months ago, but no news source has reported on it; whether she was found guilty or innocent.
