Impressed with our education infastructure??? No offense to this report but the main cause of this economic crisis is education. Not the mortgage companies, homeowners, or any other single factor. We have a national education problem. This extends to the collegiate level unfortunately. This is coming from a 2003 graduate of SUU. The system is broken. Due to the financial crisis I believe every student should be required to take at least 2 semesters of personal finance and economics. This is just the beginning of what needs to happen!!! Otherwise this crisis is only the tip of the iceberg. We are setting future generations up for a massive economic collapse. The nature of which will make this "crisis" look minor!

To MIDAS: I really don't think I have ever read a comment with which I disagree more than this one.

Without our strong education system, we would be in far worse shape than we are now.

Education is the economic driver that keeps us from complete chaos.
