I don't think she is mean, I like her, but I think that given her husbands
involvement with the Alaska independence party, whose founder is anti American
(the United States of America), she is a hypocrite for criticising Obama for
serving on a charity board with a guy who is a former domestic terrorist.
Sarah stayed married to a man who by his associations was anti US, Obama only was an acquaintence. Don't throw rocks if you live in a glass house.

It is interesting that you would call Palin brainless and then tell us you are
voting for Obama? What kind of informed thinking decision is that? The man
won't even produce his birth certificate proving his constitutional
eligibility for the highest office in the land.
His connections to the gangster radical types is a little interesting don't you think Halley? How about his using law enforcement to intimidate anti Obama protesters exercising their free speech rights?
Anyone who still has a few functioning brain cells and has done a little research into his history or lack thereof would never cast their vote for Obama.
And if he had a solid background, exactly what is it that he is proposing for this country except more of the same steal my freedom, steal my money, and sell my country to the highest bidder?
And because I have done my research, I won't be voting for the other schmuck either although he is clearly the lessor of two evils but not by much.

As supporters of any political candidate, you are going to get different views it�s called Semantics.
My concerns over Sarah Palin are Sarah Palin's mothering techniques--
She took her teenage, pregnant daughter to the RNC, instead of protecting her from national scrutiny. She is taking the 6-month-old, special needs baby out all hours of the day and night. Has she never heard of baby sitters or schedules? I never see her put a blanket on that baby, even on windy October days. I realize she is from an arctic state, but this is a baby. She took her 7-year-old daughter out to a hockey game, purposely dressing the girl in a hockey jersey knowing there were people in the audience who didn�t like the McCain/Palin ticket. Why wouldn�t she protect her daughter from the trauma of hearing people boo her mother? It appears to me, that she gives little regard to how all of this is affecting the children.
At political events, she uses her personal charm and blatant, incendiary rhetoric to incite possibility of violent behavior, and then ignores the hateful rhetoric response of the audience. And if this isn�t bad enough, the woman lies like a rug!

The biggest issue with Palin is that it shows how McCain makes choices.
Clearly, Palin was not his first choice (he wanted Lieberman and other
middle-of-the-road candidates that the GOP wouldn't accept), and he had to
cave to his party with her -- a woman who could be conservative enough to appeal
to GOP extremists, but female to foil Obama's ethnicity. She wasn't
vetted sufficiently and all sorts of non-GOP values about her came to light --
out of wed-lock teenage daughter, forced marriage arrangement between her and
her "wild" boyfriend with a naughty, foul-mouthed, anti-family
Facebook website, etc. Now, small town and small state politics are coming out
to shame Palin and her husband -- a spotlight that would have never happened had
she stayed in Alaska, where she was generally successful and would have probably
had a good career there. Now, the butt of Tina Fey-impersonation jokes, history
will deem Palin one of the reasons the GOP lost power in 2008 and America
shifted left with a more activist government willing to tackle domestic problems
with a New Deal zeal we've not seen since the 1960s Great Society era.
We're in for interesting times! Perhaps for the good!

What exactly is meant by "talking out of both side of their mouths?"
Is that anything like one member of the Republican ticket implying that Sen.
Obama is a terrorist by saying he "pals around with terrorists" while
the other member of the ticket calls him a "good family man?" Is it
considered "talking out of both sides of your mouth" when Sen McCain
says "[Sen Obama is] a person you don't have to be scared as
president of the United States," (Oct 10, 08) but also says "What
[Sen Obama] promises today is the opposite of what he has done his entire
career. Perhaps never before in history have the American people been asked to
risk so much based on so little." (Oct 14, 08)

Confused, they're both right. She has already been found to abuse her
office by carrying out personal vendettas from the Governor's chair, but at
the same time, she definitely does not have enough brains or spunk to tackle the
position of leader of the free world. Can you honestly imagine her at the helm
if something happens to McCain? Honestly? It's not really an argument.
People know very well, even if they won't admit it, that she is not fit for
any high office, and is better suited for the office she has now.

Sarah Palin is not just mean, there is another name you could call her - she is
not an honest woman and in my eyes has no integrity. Her husband did not belong
in the Gov's office and least of all being her hatchet man. He is a
questionable person and if you are going to go after O for his associations then

Gov. Palin is neither brainless nor mean. Computer analysis of the VP debates
shows that Gov. Palin speaks two grade levels above Obama�s
choice for VP. As for the meanness� what do you want her to
do campaign for Obama? That is not her job; her job is to make clear the choice
between a man and a woman who love this country and its traditions and a couple
of guys that hate American and everything about it. Was this what civil rights
movement was all about, putting an African American into office regardless of

I've already voted absentee - Obama / Biden. No to all the judges -
it's time for them to get a real job. What I can't understand is why
Todd Palin follows her everywhere - up on the stage. IF McCain wins, will we be

have all that oil, and healthy hard working people up there like the Palins.

How moronic is it to believe reich wing radio? Well just today (and every day),
we still have people who think that Obama "won't even produce his

in the land." After reading this a few minutes ago, I googled
'obama's birth certificate' and found many pages with pictures of
it. We get it, you dont like him. But enough already with the stupid arguments.
Argue against his POSITIONS. I am sure you can find something real to hate him

Whether you like or dislike Palin (the rhetoric here seems to be about 4:1
against), the constant gender based bias is pathetic. From the alleged mothers

against her are not being made against Obama or Biden. What kind of fathers are
they? I really don't care. I does amaze me, however, how hypocritically

drive to succeed, establish her position, and consolidate her authority like
any man in the arena. This is how politics is played Right or Left. However,

Republicans are very capable of projecting a go-for-the-throat aggresiveness that has not been as well-developed by Democrats. George W. Bush allowed his surrogates to carry out the dirty work while trying to remain above the fray.
John McCain called Bush on the smear tactics Bush used against him in South Carolina to little avail, but Bush's hands were as dirty as Rove's in that primary election. And remember, Bush learned about playing dirty working with Lee Atwater in his father's election in 1988.
Recently, Sarah Palin has been going through a make-over (new hairstyle, botox, collegen injections) to maintain her physical image in contrast to her political role on the stump. She is only doing what her handlers tell her to do.
